Instructions

1. Opener: Midpoint Reflection [10 minutes]

  • Explain to students that now that they are halfway through the implementation portion of this year, it’s a good time to pause and reflect on their progress.

  • Ask students to independently complete the Midpoint Reflection Sheet.

    • Students will respond to the following prompts:

      • What’s working well?

      • What needs to shift?

2. Peer Feedback [15 minutes]

  • Have students pair and share their progress with a peer, or in larger groups.

  • Facilitate a peer feedback using the following protocol:

    • I like…

    • I wonder…

    • What if...?

  • Students are giving peer feedback on the progress each other has made so far during implementation.

  • Optional artifacts to share for feedback could include:

  • Photos or documentation of project activities

  • Notes from community engagement or feedback

  • Excerpts from their Implementation Tracker

3. Revise action plans [20 minutes]
