Mirror Test
On the Good Project, we often refer to three “Ms” that help us in the effort to do good work: model (finding and learning from role models), mission (knowing and working towards personal and workplace missions) and mirror (both a process of reflection and knowing oneself).
This tool is designed to help us reflect on and get to know ourselves better.
When and how do you reflect?
Click on the button above to access the online Mirror Test exercise. This tool works both on desktop and mobile devices.
You will be asked to describe yourself, highlighting positive aspects of yourself, items that you might like to work on, goals, supports, actions, good work and more.
Like our other activities, this exercise allows users to track group responses by using “event codes”. Event code access allows users to view the reflections sorted by all joiners to that code, so that you can share your reflections and discuss as a group.
